Scheduled Maintenance – Loriot Connectivity as a Service Sep 7, 2026 10:00-14:00 CEST

We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance affecting Loriot Connectivity as a Service on Monday, September 7, starting at 10:00 CEST.

During the maintenance window, a temporary service interruption of up to one hour may occur. If the maintenance proceeds as expected, the actual downtime is anticipated to be significantly shorter.

The maintenance is expected to be fully completed by 14:00 CEST.

During a service interruption, LoRaWAN gateways and devices using Loriot Connectivity as a Service may temporarily appear as disconnected, and corresponding gateway disconnection alerts may be triggered if enabled.

We will provide an update once the maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled - Swisscom will be performing scheduled maintenance on the LPN network on September 2, 2026, from 08:30 to 12:00 CEST to introduce an additional security feature for LPN gateway cellular backhauling.

During the maintenance window, a brief interruption of several minutes is expected.

Expected impact:

Uplink and downlink communication may experience delays of several minutes.
LPN gateways connected exclusively via cellular (4G) backhaul will be offline for several minutes.
Uplinks will be buffered by the gateways during the interruption and are therefore expected to be transmitted once connectivity is restored.

The maintenance is expected to be completed by 12:00 CEST.
